I have a 2000 lincoln towncar, has a cd changer in the back, upgraded hu to clarion. how can i make theese function together? AUX input? get the Clarion harnes and solder in with the cd changer?

scrap the factory changer and install a clarion, that is the only option.

I agree with Bnluis even if you were to find an interface to run the two together you be looking at a pretty high price. Buying a clarion cd changer would be a lot easier in the long run

It won't work.  You have to get a Clarion CD changer.

My Ford uses a factory Clarion HU and Clarion changer.  What kind of changer is in your car?  If it's a Clarion, give these guys a shout.
