hey anyone know where I can find either a bypass cable for the factory installed amp in the passenger kick panel or the wiring diagram for this so I can remove it. Had a new stereo installed and the amp works but I dont want it in the loop anymore. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember seeing a bypass harness for a Durango, not the early ones at least.  I'd just run new wires from your head unit to the passenger kick panel and "pop" the speakers for polarity.  What you can do is unplug the factory amp, and measure resistance across pairs of wires (the thicker wires are for speakers).  Once you measure around 4 ohms, you've found the speakers.  Touch a battery to these wires, and listen to which speaker "pops".  If the cone moves out (toward you), the wire on the positive battery terminal is positive, the other negative.  If the cone pulls in (away from you), you've got them backwards.
