Are Capacitors worth installing?

Do caps really work? I've never noticed gain of the claims they claimed, my light still dimmed when I had them installed last time. But my farads have doubled to 2, I have them sitting bye discharged, should I install them into my amps power system when I do the system next week? or are they just a gimmick and my red optima battery will do the same without the help of those caps?

Caps are only good if you have the power in the first place. If not, then they are just an extra burden on your charging system. Take a look at THIS THREAD. Also do a search and you'll find some information.
