Make sure the yellow wire on the back of your HU is getting a constant 12volt charge, even when the car is off. Us a DMM. Get back to us after.

i dont got any constant so where can i hook it up 2 as an alt.

Check your radio fuses if you had the wire hooked up correctly then a fuse must be blown. When you installed the radio did you use an after market harness?

yeah i used an aftermarket harness and this is not da 1st time it happen and the fuse is good

Ok then i would just run a wire from the radio to your ignition harness look for a constant 12volt source there. Put a fuse no more then 6 inches away from the wire you taped into.
