I have a Kenwood Excelon X559 head unit and a Kenwood KGC-9044 Equalizer. They both have the same connections on the back (Left, Right, NonFading, and Aux In).
The equalizer's owner's manual says to connect the head unit's output to the equalizer's IN connection. Then run the equalizer's Left, Right, and NF connections to the appropriate amp. That makes perfect since, and that worked for me in the 'old days' before the head units came with so many extras.
Anyone hookup a similar setup? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't understand what you are asking? Take either front or rear full range outputs from the deck and hook them up to the inputs on the EQ. Then hook the outputs from the EQ to the appropiate amps.
