I am trying to replace the factory installed single din cassette deck with a double din cd/cassette unit. There is a factory amp located behind the glove box. I have seen the posts that show wiring connections from speakers to the amp. Can I keep the factory amp and wire directly into the plug that went to the original cassette deck? I cannot find any wiring info on the wires coming from the amp to the cassette deck. Any help would be appreciated.
