rockford fosgate said these subs should be mounted in a ported enclosure, i want to mount them in a sealed enclosure and want to know if anyone has these subs and can give me any feedback, im leaving this open to all the info i can get on these subs

You could put them in a sealed box, and it'd give you better sound quality, but really, those subs are made to be put in a vented box and pound like there's no tomorrow, not sound nice and sweet in a little sealed box.
So, my suggestion would be, if you're looking for more of a sound quality oriented driver to put in a sealed box and have it sound nice, i'd probably look elsewhere. Or if you want to stick with the T2's, put them in whatever Rockford recommends.

there great quality in ported. they recommend no sealed boxes because those subs move way to much air and would dominate a sealed box over time.

If the 15" T2's are anything like the 1999/2000 models you will not be un happy.

I am running a set of RFD1215's in a downfiring ported box (5 cu ft w/ 6" ports 18" long)

give em about 1000 watts and you will be good to go
