I think I've Decided to swap my factory nav for the Pioneer Avic-Z1 but before I make the swap I would like to know if the Pac-Audio OS-2BosePac OS-2Bose will work the onstar just like it does now. Now I can press the button on my steering wheel and it will come on "onstar ready" I can say dail and it will ask number please, I give the number and it will dial will this still work the same way. I use that phone daily and have to retan that feature. Thanks for the help.

Sorry Man, I dont know about that one. I know the peripherial piece, model number GMAH24 and GMAH24B will do what you ask. One of those modules is the standard onstar/databus interface and the other is the onstar/databus/bose interface. Buy which ever one fits your needs. Sorry I couldnt be more help
