WHERE IN A 92 HONDA ACCORD IS A GOOD PLACE TO GROUND AN AMPLIFIER?

not on the floor of the trunk...try for the vertical sheet metal that surrounds the seatback (if you're looking at the back of the seat from inside the trunk).  It's mostly just on the left and right, but sometimes there's a little bit on the top or bottom, but avoid the bottom.  Wherever you do decide to drill, just make sure you double check  to make sure you don't go into anything important!  And test the grounding point before you start drilling!
