Ok well my subs are wired into a 2ohm load now! well if i wired them into a 4ohm load and bridged my 2 channel amp into one and ran a wire from that sub to the other what ohm load would that be? would that be just as loud as if the subs were wired in parallel each and one sub hooked up to each channel like they are now?

I am confused on what you are trying to ask. Are you asking that you want to run it in parralel and in series then bridge the amp?
If you run it parralel/parralel it will be one ohm.
if you run it in series/parralel it will be a 4ohm load.
If you run each sub seperatly then connect them on the same channel it will be 2 ohm.
Those are your wiring options, if i am familiar with your amp. If you bridge it you will have to wire it at 4 ohm so it will have to be series/parralel. Each sub will recieve the same amount of power as if you wire it at 2ohm per channel.
Ok well let me expalin this again! my subs now are wired in parallel. With one short wire going from one positive to the other on each voice coil and the same with the negative! then i am using both channels on the amp, i have wire going from a channel to the back of a sub and then the same with the other channel and sub.
Well what if i had 2 wires going from the terminals to the back of the sub, a pair of positive and negative going to the top voice coil then another pair going to the bottom voice coil! all this coming from the same terminal. Wire Both subs like this. The Bridge my 2 channels into 1 and run that wire to the left sub. Then take wire from the left terminal which is already wired and run it into the sub on the right? What ohm would that be? My amp is the Audiobahn A8002V.

Again I make this suggestion: take your car to your friendly neighborhood installer and pay for some hands-on assistance. Then you will know it is wired correctly, and you can get your gain set properly. It'll be the best $50 you ever spent.

Support the12volt.comWell first off with the Audiobahn A8002T, can only see a 4 ohm load when the amp is bridged so all you can do is wire it in series/parralel. And that mess of wires is going to probally be around .5 ohm i dunno i still can't really picture it. Your amp cannot hanndle a 1 ohm load or less at all.
