Has anyone had any experience with the Sound splinter RL-i line of subs? Specifically the 8" series, they look very appealing and fit right into the air space requirements i have.  Do they thump pretty hard for 8's?  I was going to settle for some 8" L7's until i ran across these.

Thanks

No experience with them, but by reading their site and the supplier ( TC Sounds Inc) site, I'm impressed with what they both have shown.  Give us an evaluation on that woofer if you decide to go with it, Alpine Guy.

Since I have these sites up, here are the links:

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I saw one of the 8" version on www.realmofexcursion.com in a ford exploder and it looked like it hit pretty hard.

Anyone know where I can buy them though?

I was checking out their rl-p series recently, look like pretty nice subs.  You can order them direct through their website www.soundsplinter.com.  I have heard good things about their customer service.
