I can't say absolutely, but that looks like a 6 cell battery, or 12 volts. Check it with a VOM. 12 volts? You're good to go. + to the "Accessory" lead (red) and "Battery" (yellow) lead on the radio, and - to the "ground" (black). The CD and/or cassette will work perfectly fine, but the radio will give spotty reception, at best, without an antenna. You could look for a "bumper-mount", or possibly a "mag-mount" style antenna to fix that. Here's one option. Or, search through this stuff to see if there's something else you could use... I just went to yahoo, and searched for +bumper +mount +FM +antenna. By no means complete search, but it's a start for ya!

I don't know if there is an ignition switch on a Mule, or accessory position on any ignition switch that may be there, but you could always put the red lead there, so as to prevent having to remember to turn the radio off.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

The yellow lead is the constant power supply for memory (clock, settings, etc.)- it needs a constant 12 volts (positive battery terminal).  The red wire is the switched lead and tells the radio to turn on when it receives 12 volts.  The black wire needs to be connected to ground (or the negative battery terminal).  All power wires need to be fused to prevent a fire.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

He means to add an inline fuse with the power wires inbetween the battery and the deck. I would say 16-12 gauge wire. You can just use that gauge of speaker wire. Decks don't require huge wires for big current draws.

I made a custom box for my left over alpine HU and hooked it to a 13.8 volt power supply with 12 gauge speaker wire and it worked fine.
