I know that I can run two amps off one remote and piggy back one amp to another however I have a diff situation... I have a 2001 Chrysler Concorde w/ the factory amp (woo hoo).... anyway the remote from the HU runs that factory amp, and I have the remote antenna lead that is just free... what is the best way to integrate a second amp... from the remote or the antenna lead????

Use the remote lead. If you use the antenna that amp will shut off when you play the CD.
