Does anyone know the adapter that I will need to add an aux in to a Becker CDR220 in a 2003 Porche Boxter?

Looks like that would work, but I'm not looking for icelink. There is a simple cd changer adapter for this model.

Are you looking for a Phono to Mini ISO adapter. Not sure what the part number would be, but in the UK it is a 8808 adapter available from Sempal Automotive. Cheap as chips!
