sorry i'm new and don't know too much of this.

my new car audio system has audio out put with the plugs, like the ones on a TV, the ones that has a connecting plug. my speaker only has the wires, the positive and negative end, without the plugs.

i tried to connect the wire to a TV's AV plug so it would connect to the system, but there's very little sound coming out, almost nothing. i think the problem might be that the speaker wires are much bigger than the wires in the connecting plug that i use.

can anyone help me out please? i really have no clue how to fix it.

thanks.

This deck only has RCA line outs.   and they are 2 volt.

The only way to hook his deck up to speakers is to use an external amplifier, as there is not one in the deck
