Im driving a Ford Laser Lynx. But im totally unsatisfied with the oem headunit. i thought of removing the headunit and swapping it for a better one(the oem head unit can barely play my cd selections) plus, the head unit fully occupies the dash area(u know, that kind of big, bulky, squarish type) do you think i can replace it totally d.i.y? how do i remove it? n how do i modify the oem harness?

Your local stereo shop should have everything you need- kit and harness.
