I'll make it easy for you...

No

high output alternator (if its a REAL 3000 Watts) would be needed. ifs audiobahn 3000watts (with a 30 amp fuse lol) it wouldnt be needed probably.

How many ohms do you have that amp running at right now?

The amp is running at 2 Ohm, and 2 subwoofers connected to it right now...

what size fuse does the amp require... if it REALLY was 3000watts it would need a 300 about, my guess is a 80 or soemthing around there?

according to the specs on the website, your amp is only putting out 1800 RMS at 2ohm. My guess is that it really isnt doing that much. seeing that my amp cost me $800 and is putting out 1500 RMS im guessing a $400 amp wouldnt do the same. Ofcourse my simple logic has been wrong before. Either way a cap is never the answer.

A new battery wouldn't help much anyway with the amp problem...you really need to first do the big three and get a new alternator.

While your car is running all of the electricals are powered by the alternator...so a new battery or a cap wouldnt do much.
