Hi all,

I've installed the sunkyo model :SK-0097USB. After a while it stopped recognizing that someone tries to put in a cd and does not take it in. It does however eject it if you push the eject button.

Disconnect the main power from the unit. Let it sit for a bit and then reconnect. If the unit is still not loading the cd's, then the mechanism is fubar, as in time for warranty or replacement.

try a reset button if it has one....if still a no go, like forbidden posted, contact the manufacturer and see how much it is to fix and add shipping...see if its worth it. Good Luck
