I just hooked up this amp to my MTX's and I dont think it has enough power to run them when I turn up the volume it starts to distort "Clip"

anyone have this amp on 400+RMS speakers and have cliping ?

how is the gain set?? That sub should run just fine with 400 rms. read the gain sticky at the top of the fourm if it is set improperly

maybe you have the gain to high, lower it a bit and see what happen.
