I want to install an aftermarket radio in my truck and I wanted to know how I would go about getting the factory cd changer to work with the new radio? I would also like to know if I have a factory amplifier and if all of the speakers plus the sub would work after I install my new radio? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

no chance of making the oe changer work with an aftermarket radio. question 2 and 3 yes and yes

Did not want to spend the money if I did not have to but oh well. The price of changers is a lot lower than it used to be. Thanks alot
