i want to hook up an amplifier to me 97 integra gs stock head unit, but it doesn't have a remote wire so my amp wouldn't turn on when i turn on the car, is there anyway i can fix it?

just run a power wire from your battery straight to the amp...ha no just kidding dont do that. look up wiring for your car and find an accessory wire of some sort that only powers up when the car is turned on and then tap into that then run it back to your amp.

There's no remote wire because there's no external amplifier to turn on. But check the wiring manual for an accessory wire...If the accessory wire can't handle it than you cant use a relay for it.
