Lexus IS300

I'm trying to setup a system in my IS300 and I want it to be tight and compact as possible. I still need some trunk space. I have quite a bit however to stuff in there.  The system will be (3) PPI Art amps (2) MB Quart 10" (2) Audio Control EQT's (2) 1 farad caps (2) Power distribution blocks.

(PPI Art A300) Sub1  (PPI Art A300.2 ) Sub2  (PPI Art AX400) Mids

I have drawn an illustration below to give you an idea of how I suspect I will end up doing this install. The IS300 trunk is a PITA to work with on the floor plan. I do not want to separate the boxes on each side of the car, nor do I want to use the ski pass for a port.

First issue is that I am debating removing the rear 6x9's and just using that as a port to avoid cutting my car up. If I do not do it this way, I'll have to port through as I have illustrated here: https://www.lextech.org/images/stuff/setupport.jpg  Which would you do?

Second issue is the design overall to the floor plan. Here's what I have worked up to cram as much as I can into one space. The caps and blocks can go in/on the space under the box.

BEFORE: https://www.lextech.org/images/stuff/setupdone1.jpg

AFTER: https://www.lextech.org/images/stuff/setupdone.jpg

I have installed since 1991, I've owned 3 car audio stores, and I have been out of the game for about 5 years so I am over thinking this as much as possible before I make the cut's because I'm older and grumpy and I don't wanna do it twice. ;)

I'll be running the A300's to the Quart DVC's @ 8 ohms, and running the surrounds on the AX400 @ 4 ohms. My Audio Control 3xs will be tucked back somewhere in the shadows and won't come into play.  I will be counter sinking the EQT's, caps, and blocks so I can stick a false panel on them. I'll make a cover panel to go across the top to hide the PPI's, and the Quart 10" will stay visible. The rest I don't wanna see unless I decide I want to.

So............... how about some feedback on the placement of everything. Perhaps another space saving idea. (I do not want to do anything with the floor, spare tire must stay put.)

Thanks :)

Sorry forgot to say that if I scrap the rear stage and avoid the port through, I'll be using the A300.2 @ 2 ohm stereo to the Quart DVC's and then depending on the components I choose and their crossover package they come with - Either the A300 for a single input per crossover or the AX400 for a dual input per crossover and drive the tweeters independently. Either way I will be using USD wave guides with the component set (and may eliminate the components tweets inadvertently by doing so).

What I HOPE happens is that the AX400 runs the USD's on the top channels, the front components on the bottom channels. The Art 300's run 8 ohm mono per Quart 10" and still have enough power to get the job done. Obviously by the choice in product I am going for a clear rock and roll setup that kicks clean. No boom at all. I know I will slow the subs down @ 8 ohm, but I feel the richness and warmth will be counter productive. I just gotta have enough left over in the PPI's to keep the DVC's in line @ 8 ohm mono. I am also hoping the 300 and the 300.2 will not act differently from each other.
