Im am considering getting a MB Quart premium 10'' subwoofer and was looking for some insite on them. Looking for something to put in a small sealed box for clean output

I used to be a fan of Quart. Now they're apparently owned by the same company that makes Crunch. I'm not sure if the quality has gone down, I'm sure forbidden or dyohn will know.

I was told by a rep that MB Quart been bought and sold quite a few times in the last year or so. I have also heard that their current line is not as good as their past stuff. They are owned by Maxxsonics now who also owns Crunch, Autotek, and Hifonics.

The first thing I would ask is who is it warrantied by? I read on another forum about someone that bought an RAA1000 amp and had a problem while it was under warranty. Turns out no one wants to fix it because they are all pointing fingers at different companies who owned MB Quart at different times. I think he ended up having to send it to Rockford Fosgate eventually and pay for repairs.

any more suggestions on 10' subs with rms power around 400w wtih a clean output

anyone had experience with image dynamics

The Image Dynamics subs are good...haven't heard anything bad about them yet...besides some tinsel leads comming apart.
