Whats your opinions of usacoustics amps?

I am considering purchasing a set of two of them. One is a USA4060 that is i believe 60 watts at four channels and its series II (gray colour) and the second one is USA2200 same series and color, rated at 200 watts X 2 ( 4 ohm impedances 4 all ratings).

Are these bangin' prod's?

They used to be made by Stephen Mantz (Zed Audio) back in the day and were very good. Now they are made in the same factories that make most of the cookie cutter designs on the market.

The USA series were made by Zed Audio and are some damn good amps.

If you are asking if it is overpriced flea market material, the answer is yes.

I have two models of USacoustics amps, a D class and an A/B class, and both have performed admirably over the past two years.  No problems and good bang for the buck.  But they are difficult to find.  The models are USB600D and USC4065...and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
