can anyone tell me where the BOSE amp is in this vehicle. 1993 chevrolet corvette w/BOSE system, i am upgrading the factory radio.

on most vetts the amps are connected to each speaker.
and or in the same houseing . check by pulling the speaker out and opening the housing. if there is a metal box in there it is the amp.

i thought the amp would be closest to the antenna like the cadillacs but i found nothing when i pulled out the driver's side rear speaker. nothing on the speaker itself either.

look behind the passenger seat in the cargo area. if you pull out the carpet it should be under there.

i know on the later 90's vettes with bose the front speakers have the amps housed in the plastic behind the midrange in the door. not 100% sure yours is like that.
