So you're saying there's no unused plug taped up behind the dash or anything?  If that's the case, you can run all new wires.  Run speaker wires directly from the radio cavity to all your speaker locations.  Using a multimeter, test the wires at the ignition harness for constant and accessory power.  Run a wire from each of these (with an inline fuse as close to your connections as possible) to the radio cavity.  Then find a decent ground (maybe a piece of metal behind the dash), crimp a ring terminal onto a length of wire, screw it down and run this to the radio cavity.  That's all you'll need, if you want to run an illumination wire, just tap into the parking light wire.

No stock radio...does that mean no stock speakers either?

Some of these vehicles did indeed have zero wiring in them for a audio system. To me it appears that you will indeed be running all new wiring. No stock stereo = no stock speakers as well. Based on your pics, you do not need to buy the pocket or harness mentioned above. You also DO NOT NEED TO CUT THE DASH. The new cd player will mount directly to the mounting holes of the factory radio mounting brackets that are attached to the factory pocket and blankout plate in the first pic. This is called a ISO mounting system. It is the best and most secure method of mounting a cd player in a vehicle and I will that other companies would follow suit.
