I installed a radio in a 00 tl and it didn't retain the factory sub. I didn't have enough time to test the second plug that plugged in the back of the radio. But i was thinking maybe that was the plug that gives the signal to the sub. I was just wondering if anyone has intergated the subwoofer with a aftermarket deck because they don't have a 2 plug harness for an acura/honda?

this is all the info i have for a 00 tl . if i remember correctly the amp is behind the back seat .you will have to remove it to find out 

Radio 12v WHITE/ green  +  radio harness
Radio Ground black  -  radio harness
Radio Ignition WHITE/ red  +  radio harness
Radio Illumination RED / black  +  radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on orange  +  radio harness
Power Antenna N/A    
LF Speaker +/- blue/green - gray/black  +,- radio harness
RF Speaker +/- RED / green - BROWN / black  +,- radio harness
LR Speaker +/- blue / YELLOW - gray/white  +,- radio harness
RR Speaker +/- RED / yellow - BROWN / white  +,- radio harness
