Is there anyway I can hook a 1000 watt Sony Xplod amp to the factory radio in a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2? Then hook up two 12" Kenwood Tornados to the amp and keep all of the speakers working properly?

Get yourself a decent hi-to-low adapter to generate an audio signal (unless the amp has speaker leval inputs) tag on to the rear speakers for your signal. This will NOT have any effect on the stock speakers. Peripheral part #SVEN2 or SVEN4.
