You need to test the wires with a multimeter before you damage something- hopefully you haven't already.  Read the sticky "how to figure out stereo wiring".

or visit a local shop and ask for a reverse harness.   then you will have the correct harness like form the factory, to plug your radio harness into

that site has the wrong color codes these are the right one for your van also there reason there is no ground is because it use a metal strap just make a new round with some wire the same size and a self tapping screw and eye lit crimp and a lock washer

Check all the fuses, including those under the hood.  It may be labelled something other than radio.  Test them with a meter- with the key turned on, if you measure voltage across the fuse, it's blown.

Yep...two different spots for fuses. Drove me nuts the first time I blew a fuse in my Grand Voyager. Wasn't until I was running a new cable from the under hood fuses to the HU that I saw the other set of fuses. Think I even cussed a few words I didn't even recongnize that day LOL! posted_image

Check under the hood a 15 amp fuse used for preserving the battery while shipping; I don't remember the tech name.
