Pioneer head unit with 3 sets RCA (Front, rear, Sub) supposedly HU has crossover capability

3 pioneer 2 channel amps (1 for front, 1 for rear, 1for sub)

Yeah it has, look in the Audio Options for HPF (High Pass Filter), with this you can cut low frecuencies to the front and the rear speakers .
