Well after spending anough time on this sweet forum, ive come to the conclusin that my amp IS aBsolute Crap! Because its an american legacy:o):

So obviously, im looking into a new amp. I have 2subs that are 1800 watt max With a 800 watt RMS rating. Im not looking for nothing to fancy, but a bud of mine did reccomend Power acoustik amps. They seemed pretty fair priced but im not sure which i would need or which type,

So, are the Power Acoustiks any good, or crap like American Legacy?Or what would any of you reccomend for my setup?

And i forgot to mention there 4ohm Dual voice coils.

I'm gonna take a guess that the recommended power for your subs is WAY off. What brand/model are they?

There power Acoustiks i got off my bud. They may not be the top bannans, but there fine wit me.

look for a used Kicker KX1200.1 on ebay....I have been seeing alot of them go for around 250-$300 lately

very very good amp for the money and will work perfect with your subs
