How do I go about wiring my tweeters to a 4 channel amp that is already using all 4 channels? I have the Eclipse EA400 powering a set of BA SL60 6.5 2 way comps, and BA SX95 6x9 coaxials. Well I dont have this set up as of yet because I am not sure how to wire them. Theyre all hooked up to the HU right now. The SL60s midrange speakers are 80 RMS but I dont know what the tweeters can handle.  The set came with crossovers, do i wire the tweeter and mid  to the same channel on the amp? .......im fairly new to car audio so I need some help. MUCH THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE

the tweeter and the mid should both wire to a crossover. the crossover should wire to one channel of the amp. The instructions will come with the speakers. here is a visual aid to help you though.

whats the difference between the Bi-amp Bi-wire Wiring and the single input wiring, which way should I wire them?

Your component speakers have the ability to run of either 2 channels or 4 (hense the bi-wire). A basic hook up is like killer sonata said. Tweeter and mid to crossover, crossover to amp. If you do a bi wire hook up, you will need four channels (in your case, another amplifier since you are powering 6x9's) and their should be a  small prong in the crossovers that you jump together with the little plastic thing (sorry, don't know the proper terms) and run the tweeter and mid to seperate channels. I have a set of memphis components on one channel each and they sound good. Read the instructions, and you will understand.

I beleive the word you were looking for, ecoliman (sorry couldnt resist lol) was "jumper". Azrapse, if you are confused about Bi-amping, dont do it. Start off with the single channel configuration and as you learn more about bi-amping and think that might be something you want to try you can always change it up later. good luck.

oh and the link just takes a while to load since its a pdf document. you should be able to save it to your computer for faster future viewing once its up.
