Im thinking of seeling my MTX 8500 12"s and going with a focal 27V2 sub which is strictly for SQ and is 11" in diameter. My problem with it is that it retails at $850. Now the focal 27KX which is the same size and has the same power handling is only $400. Does anyone have any experience with these subs? Is the extra cash for the KX really worth it?
