Hi i just purchased 2 pioneer 1000 watt (max- model number TSW306C) and a kenwood KAC-7202.... and i was wondering which way of wiring this system will push my subs and amp to best sound quality and performance?

Well those subs are single 4 ohm coils so the only wiring option you have is to wire each sub to a channel or wire them in series then bridge the amp...either way the amp is goin to put out the same amount of power.
The series wiring will only have less wire and look a littlle nicer.
That amp will only be pushing those subs a little over half their rms power handling.
Are you looking to just get some decent bass or getting all that you can.
