anyone know where I can get a fake cover for the Pioneer AVIC-Z1....?

looking for one for a 2003 Explorer....but, it doesn't have to look exactly like a fake stereo from a 2003 Exploer, it could just be a sold black cover...

anyone know where I can get something like this?

Do you still have your factory radio? You can pop the front off of it and hot glue the buttons on.

if so, I'd rather buy from a junk yard, and strip that one.
