i have 2 12" jlw6v2 in a 96 lexus es300,  the jl's are dvc at 4 ohms, so if i were to wire them in parrell that will give 2 final ohm's rating, according to the wiring chart, but the chart is that for svc or dvc coils?. also when the jl12w6v2 d4 come from factory are they wired so they are 2ohm at the terminals or 4ohms. i want to run my ppi a1200.2  art series amp. ppi states that ' all art series amp will double thier 4 ohm rated output power when played into a 2 ohm load '. or should i run 2 single a600.2 art amps. i like to listen to my music with the windows rolled up for sq quality. i am running boston proserires 6.5 in the front and the same from the rear. but i have another question for those guys, after this sub wiring question. thanks for anyone who can offer some assistance.

Those JL subs are dual 4 ohm voice coils.  Two of them will net a 4 ohm impedance.  See https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=42

Subs do not come prewired from the factory.  They have two sets of terminals on each one so that you can wire them according to your setup.  Wire them according to the 4 ohm chart linked above.  Attach (bridge) this four ohm load to your PPI amp, and you're good to go on the wiring part of it.  Your amplifier will output power at 2 ohms per channel into this load.  Look at your amplifier's output rating at 4 ohms bridged; this is the power that the sub duo will receive.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
