Alrite I just hooked up my 4 channel amp today for my mids and highs. I ran every wire perfect and my amp turns on fine with the green light. But when the amp turns on I get a buzzing noise. My ground for the amp is connected straight to the chasis with the paint scratched. The ground wire is only 3 inches long. When I would move the wire around I would get a different pitch of buzzing. What can I do to eliminate this noise? any help would be greatly appreciated. thankyou

Most cases i that i would run across this problem is because the rca cables is too close to a ground or power cable.

Okay I sanded down the area for a perfectly silver smooth surface and I even drilled a hole in the floor and bolted down the ring terminal for the ground wire. I still have the same buzzing sound and I cant understand whats going on. Can someone please help me

Pioneer head unit?  Could be a bad RCA ground in the HU since they are known for this defect.  Try grounding the outer ring of the RCA cable.  You might also want to try different RCA cables.  It is also possible your ground return resistance is too high.  Measure it from the amp's ground connection to the battery negative terminal.  Should be less than one ohm.  If it's higher, you either need a better ground point or you need to upgrade the battery ground and probably the big three.   I also recommend running a new dedicated ground for the HU and not using the vehicle's wiring harness ground.

Problem solved! Thankyou Dyohn for your help, I found out it was the rca ground.
