I installed a P.I.E. GM10-aux input adapter on a 2004 corvette z06, i used the PIE changer adapter cable as there is no factory changer or changer cable in the z06. after installing the factory radio will not even accept a cd let alone making the aux input adapter work, has anyone encountered this problem? i tried calling PIE's tech line and they have never heard of this problem happening. im awaiting a new gm10-aux and trying to swap it out and see if that works, so i figured i would post this in the meantime to see if anyone has had any funky problems on the vette. I did just notice in the install instructions that they do only list up to 2002 for this adapter to work. maybe since this vette is an 04 that may be it?

would the radio take cds if you unpluged the adapter?
