Rated and Program Power?

I was looking at the specs for a driver and it listed "Rated Power" and "Program Power."

Are these recommended power and max power respectively, or do they mean something else?

I already did a search and couldn't find anything in Google.

I think "program" power is another name for what used to be called "music" power, but there's so many names for power that don't mean much of anything, I'm not sure.  Here's what Rod Elliot says about power ratings:
