I need dimension for Sealed Box, the sub is JL Audio 12W6v2 12". With best sound quality. thanks for chip-in

thank you for the advice, that’s manufacturer recommended dimension. Can i TWEAK the dimension somehow? or it's not worth trying? once more question... should i go sealed box or ported? please advice,

I would stick with what they recommend, unless you are limited on space. If you have the room...use their dimensions. Sealed will give you better power handling and tighter bass. The ported box will be louder, but takes more room. Both need to be built very sturdy, and very airtight on all joints. Then, make sure that you mount the box so that it can't move inside the car. The more energy that is expended moving the box, or flexing walls is power lost that could be making sound.
