OK I don't have any specs on these subs my customer bought them some where else and he doesn't have them. Anybody had good success with a ported enclosure on them. If so would be willing to share the info. They are in a "universal ported box",they sound like pooop. I have little to no experience with current rf products.

Thanx in advance.

The Rockford site has all the data you want on RF equipment. It looks like their Knowledge Base is currently having problems allowing downloads of their manuals, though. I would check back on their site, or email them the question. They can let you know.

aznboi...I agree. I have the T1s, very good subs. Though the P1 subs are better than Audioburn.

I dont think it matters what kind of box you put it in because the cheap plastic cone is going to crack and you are going to have to buy a new sub anyways. :P On a serious note, what kind of sound are you looking for? Tighter punchier bass or loud and boomy?

Punch series subs just are very cheaply made and bad quality...AND OVERPRICED!!!

I figured out my problem. I have a serious java issue at work. Was able to lookup the manual on the Rockford site from home:

Here's the specs: https://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h48/flakkman/P1.jpg

He didn't buy them from me, he got them cheap at a box store. I have explained they are on the low end of the quality scale but the money has been spent and they have been used. I will let him destroy them and then get something better from me. The reason he was looking into ported is because the previuos shop that did install his equipment told him that it would make it sound like 4 twelves. I know and you know 100% B.S..They conned him out of alot of money doing a half assed install that looks and sounds like crap.....They gave him some money back and told him they couldn't help him anymore. Now I get to try and salvage what I can and have him buy new of what I can't. I just wanted to try and help as much as possible he's a broke college student. Thanks for the specs I will build a box to match them.
