hi ive recently bought a pair of JBL gti12's now they have dual 6 ohm wiring so in parallel i can have them as 3 ohms each. and wen wired in parallel with each other they come to 1.5 ohms, what kind of amp would anyone recommend cus im a little confused and study is reli not givin me any time to think bout it and along with other stuff, remember the subs r 700w's each so 1400wrms and i've alredy thought about a jl 1000/1. help please! thanks

well your going have to deside. if you are going to run at 6 ohms or 1.5. are you going for spl or sq ?

i'd prefer to run at 1.5ohm because no amp that i know of can knok out 700w at 6ohms and 1ohm is the reference for D class amps so 1.5ohms is good

i didnt mean reference sorry lol but wudnt i need more than 1000watts from the JL and please tell me about these amps that can do this stuff at 6ohms
