You're asking a bit prematurely.  Get your new battery installed, and upgrade the Big 3 wiring.  Spend some time double-checking gain settings and basic setup.  Then...run your system in the evening while driving normally with the lights on.  You'll know if the alternator isn't keeping up with the load.  You don't need a digital readout to tell you this.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Stevdart hit the nail on the head with the "upgrade the big 3" statement. That might the only thing you'll have to do.

BIG 3 I have an 03 sonata and noticed a big change in the big 3. hyundais such for upgrading the alternator. Ive already looked into it. You basically have the pull the engine to get ti the alt and no one sells a bolt on upgrade so you either have to have it rewound for higher output of have a custom built one made.

Look under "featured forum topics" / "how to upgrade the big 3".

for the warantee question, google the magnusson moss warantee act. basically it states that if they try to blame something that went wrong on something you did, they have to prove it.
