I have a set of Bazooka Comps, and my left crossover is bad. i have 2 sets of MB Quarts Music Comp Crossovers. my question is both sets have a hi in, low in, hi out, lo out. now does that mean a hi level signal, or low level signal for input??? Thanks for the Help.

Passive crossovers require speaker-level input.  Your crossovers are designed to allow bi-amping.  By the way, I read your post to indicate that you plan to use the MBQ crossovers with your Bozoka speakers?  Give it a try, but don't expect it to sound the same, and it could sound really bad as passive crossovers generally sound correct with only the speakers they are designed for.  Your best results would be to replace the crossover with the correct model, or buy a new set of comps.

How did you lose a crossover and keep the speakers intact, by the way?

I'd bet the crossover has a tweeter protection circuit that is blown.  Might be a fuse or a little light bulb.  If so, replace that.  And then adjust your system because you are either over-powering or severely clipping and the other side will probably go soon too.
