Yeah prey tell. Even on my ED's that have a rubber mounting ring I can't get them to seal up completely. I want something that is walmartable too, not anything I have to get off the internet.

Usually just the carpet from the box or foam gasket if the sub came with it, I worked in a retail shop and mostly prefab boxes. If you really want to get serious then you can use silicone or butyl rubber, if you do you will have fun removing the sub though.

Just get some weather stripping for a few bux at Walmart. It's adhesive on one side, so just peel it and stick to the back side of the mounting ring of your sub. Done!

Look for sealed-cell foam tape (such as vbel's suggestion: weather stripping tape) 3M's automotive foam tape is also a sealed-cell foam tape and more flexible than most weather stripping tapes.
