Hi, really sorry to ask this but rather than asking the hows, whys and whens, I have a Porsche 924S which I am going to fit four 6x9 infinity speakers which I already have, 2 in the front door panels and two in the rear panels. In Halfords they recomend a 75watt amplifier. My Sony head unit is 4 x 50watts (is this RMS or PEAK???) My speakers are rated at 100watts RMS, 300watts MAX. What amp do you recommend to get the maximum performance out of these. Would it be best to get a 300 watt RMS four channel amp so that each speaker gets a comfortable 75watts??? Sorry for the ignorance. Thankyou in advance.

I don't have a huge knowledge of amps to reccomend but I can tell you that is peak wattage out of the Sony HU and not RMS.
