I'm trying to replace original radio with this aftermarket panasonic. i got the dash kit and the harness how do i go about getting the factory radio out?

A set of ford removal keys will do the job. You can pick them up at the auto parts store for cheap. They're just a couple u-bends that go into the holes on the side of the radio and click in place.
