Hello,

I have a Power Acoustik TS-1440 amp for my subs. I am having a problem with it: It wont turn off. I remove the REM wire from the strip and the amp is still running (green light on). I dont know why it will not turn off. Has anyone ever ran into a problem like this before? Any solutions?

Thanks

Kris

If there are no wire strands from the power wire that are touching the remote connection, your amp probably has an internal short. The choice is yours to either have it repaired (possibly under warranty), or just get something else. Since PA is not known for quality equipment, you can look at this as an opportunity to upgrade.
