this set up is going under the rear seat of my 06 titan kingcab. so here it is, keep in mind i just want to get the most bass out of this system. two 12" kicker comp vrs sitting in about .8 to 1 cubic foot each, powered by a phoenix gold qxs2350 rated at 350 watt rms mono to each sub at 4 ohm. or a single 12" kicker L7 sitting in about two cubic feet with a phoenix gold qxs2350 to each voice coil at 4 ohms. any input will be helpful. thanks.

What kind of bass are you looking for? Your second option will give a bigger boom and your first will give you a really responsive bass.

gcorrea...sorry but everytime I see your name I think it says "gonorrhea". lol

But the 12 comp vrs will give you tight bass but the low end will be lacking a bit....8 to 1 cu ft for each is little on the small side.

The singe L7 is what I'd use...with 2 cu ft you'll have better low frequency response

Also I am coming up with no results when searching for your "phoenix gold qxs2350".

Also how is it 350 watts rms to EACH sub MONO??? Its either 350 watts mono at 4 ohms or 350 stereo a 4 ohms...but can't be both

yes i know you all never see me b4 ....i am new...i am from trinidad and i am familiar wit dese brands as well......i would go with the 12" L7 too....it plays ah deeper bass dan d vrs.......y dont u switch d vrs to cvx....dey are the round(circle) versions to the solobaric square models....da power handlin on dem is the same as the L7....for the same sizes...eg....L7 12" = 750rms...12" comp cvx = 750rms....and the cvx's are cheaper than the squares too....jus a suggestion

the phoenix gold amps are rated at 125x2 rms or 350 watt rms when bridged. the reason im going to use either the comp vrs or the single L7 is because i have those already just laying around. the qxs amps are old school, about 6 years old, but still sound and look new. i take care of my stuff like gold. so for big bass i guess i should go with the single L7 running an amp to each coil at 4ohms correct.
wich would be about 700 watts of bass.

considering the air space given. no point in having two subs when one will do.

he already has the system, he wants to know what will give hime the best bang with the amp he has. i would upgrade your amp and use the l7 in a ported box.

Maybe I am reading this wrong, but from what I see you were planning on using 2 pg amps to power 1 kicker L7? If you have them and the sub has dual 4 ohm vc's, why not. Should be plenty of juice.
