You really want to know? How much are you willing to listen to?

1: The inductors are on the same plane - bad
2: Sand (wirewound) resistors in the tweeter path - bad
3: 5% caps (when 1% caps exist for SLIGHTLY more money) - bad
4: Wirewound resistors (inductive components) on the same plane again - bad
5: Not generally a fan of light-bulb tweeter protection - bad

I could probably come with more, but those are the "sore thumbs", that are painfully obvious to me...

For curiosity's sake, why are you asking?

I just wanted to know, they are a lot larger than other crossovers I have had. I was hoping one of you gurus would chime in. I guess maybe they are just bigger because everything handles more power than my other component sets.

6: It appears as though the woofer section is 12dB per octave, and the tweeter section is 18dB per octave. Not a huge fan of the asymmetrical crossover slope, so... - bad

Well they sound good, does that count for anything :) They murder my quart premiums. Not that that is anything too much, but I am happy. After I get done updating my ftp, I'll throw some more pics up.

Edit:
Here's a pic of the whole set

Yes, that counts for EVERYTHING... I didn't ever say they couldn't sound good to somebody, but you did ask a fairly leading question... posted_image

I just gave you what I saw as wrong with them, from a technical standpoint.

And that is what I was looking for really. Crossovers are usually the downfall of most component sets (or so I read). Eventually I hope to go active (especially with a list like that) but my HU isn't up to par right now.
